As an international C-Suite Executive Coach and leadership expert, based in Florence - Italy, I assist senior executives around the globe helping them realize their vision, lead effectively, and achieve greater success.

With 15 years of experience covering international roles in big organizations such as GSK, Deloitte and Honeywell – where I was responsible for the people agenda, I understand the challenges that leaders face on their journeys to higher-level corporate positions.

Furthermore, having lived, worked and studied extensively internationally, including Italy, the UK and the United States, allowed me to develop cultural sensitivity to different perspectives and bring a strong inclusive lens into my coaching practice.

As a Certified Executive Leadership Coach, I have coached hundreds of senior leaders from 40+ nationalities and multiple industries and in 2023, I was ranked by Influence Digest as one of the top 16 coaches in London, UK.

My qualifications include a Master in Positive Organization Development & Change from Case Western Reserve University and a Master in International Relations from University of Bologna.

Above all, I describe myself a student who is still learning how to understand, navigate and share her power, as well as to have the courage to do work that adds value.
